New spider gears and clutch pack Dana 60 issue!?

So I just put new spiders and clutch packs in my Dana 60. Itís so tight that it literally takes two grown men on both axels with bars to make it slip or rotate against each other. Spins freely as a posi unit just not a LSD. Is that normal or have I screwed something up???

Yep, once you get the full body weight of the truck on it, it will act like it should, remember your two guys is only 400-500 lbs or force and your truck is about 4500 lbs of force. after 4-5 years you'll be one legging it once in awhile and think , dam it I have to rebuild it.
