Mag Hytec cover ?s

I think I might go ahead and put Mag Hytec diff covers on my truck in the spring when i change the fluid out. I assume they make a front cover as well? But my main question was do you not need a gasket or sealant (which I usually use)? I read on an ebay listing that they don't use either. Is that true? Said it had built in 0 rings or something.

Question

That does sound a bit odd Maybe the Mag Hytec is different but I had to use sealant when installing my PML cover...

The Mag Hytec diff covers do have an O Ring gasket. I have run them on my last 4 Ram trucks.

I went ahead and threw some sealant on it any way. Hate to do the same job twice. Done and done!
