Loud click after WOT shift

Hey fellas. Last week I started hearing a loud click after I shifted from 1st to 2nd at wot. Truck runs and shifts fine. The link below is a vid I found, if you listen you can hear the click after the shift, this is exactly what my truck is doing. Let me know if u have any idea what it could be or if any one of you have experienced the same problem

Running a superchip 3842 91 tune. Had the shift from 1-2 set a 6000. It was fine for a few days like that then started hearing the noise. Set shift points back to stock and noise is still there.

TQ Management spark can cause a click during shifts. It can also cause what sounds like grinding during shifts.

That's a good point. Is there a way to temporarily disengage TQ management to test the theory?
