Generally speaking, it's hardly worth the effort unless with bump up at least two sizes. 4:56 was my best seat of the pants mod.
A 4:10 for you would be just as awesome. Given what your driving is standard to, plus the trailer.

If you get a locker get the Detroit True Trac. Very nice very quiet very strong. I run it. Gear wise I say 4.10-4.56

Holy crap I didn't think it bring the tow rating up that much! I wonder what it would be with 4.56s?? but to answer your question I would recommend 4.10s

If you want a locker, detroit is the only choice for dodges. The only choice that works, that is. I have a powertrax in my R/T and it sucks ! That and my Ram will eventually get Detroits and 4.56s

PS, a true trac isn't a locker. But it is a very nice/stout unit for sure. It probably would be more diserable in a daily driven vehicle.

I tell you what my true Trac with my somewhere on the 600 range to tire hp spins both just fine never once have I had a one wheel wonder peel lol. Also in a turn if I stomp it and it doesn't spin the rear tires(rare) it will dead hook and try and push me straight even though I am turning IE: locked up or dead equal split power. Yes it's not technically a locker but IMO works just like one and is maint free and quiet
