Once a year I have to mount my stock tires to pass inspection, there is roughly a 2" difference in tire heigth between the stock and my normal tires and the difference is very very noticable, even to the point that I thought there was something wrong with my engine! So I'm pretty sure that you would notice a 0,8" difference.
