cylinder misfire code

I have a cylinder 1 missfire code I have replaced the plugs and coil pack and the injector. Still not fixed. When you get on the throttle the engine light starts flashing. I have done all that I can do. Just wonder if I should just have it rebuilt it has 200000 miles or try and fix it. Any suggestions?

misfire

I guess what I'm wanting to figure out is I don't know if I want to spend the money to have it diagnosed just to find out that it's something mechanical. Or just go ahead and spend the money and have it rebuilt. Also if I have it rebuilt what new parts should I have put on such as water pump starter throttle body? Is there anything else that I should replace while it's being rebuilt?

There's been more than a few hemi's that have gone well past 200k. I don't know 4g hemi's but I'd clean the TB and do a compression check to see what cylinder pressure is before jumping to any conclusions.

Check conpression on #1 for sure. See what you get there first since you swapped the other main things already.
