Ive done everything, well alomst everything lol. Upper and lower ball joints and outter tie rods, all in which needed to be done and stop most of the popping noise, but its back again. Mostly when the wheel is turned and the suspension is moving. The rack along with inner tie rods and sway bar links were replaced about 50,000 miles ago. Anyone have any ideas?

@ 50,000 miles I would begin to suspect the inner tie rod ends again. Although I wouldn't rule out anything else you replaced at that time frame.

I am very happy with the durability of all those parts, at a 110k the only thing I have bad is a tie rod (my fault, hit a curb.. hard) and the control arm bushings. My lowers are almost completely gone.. just get under there and look for bare, rubbed metal.

mine pops under heavy breaking, accel, turning.
