Anti-spin in the front?

I've been searching awhile for the truck I want and am at the point where it's damn, probably going have to special order this thing

All I want is 3.92 gears and anti-spin. That's what I have now and it has served me well. Problem is 95% of trucks are 3.21 and open.

So I finally come across a truck in the color I want, trim I want, rims I want, interior I want, options I want...o boy, sweet toddler Jesus 3.92 gears I want!, then looking looking looking no anti-spin listed

I congratulate this particular dealer on stepping out of the box and ordering a FLEET of 3.92's but geez, not one anti-spin? Who does that? No country boy love?

So my question is, is the FRONT differential system any different between a truck with a LSD system and an open system or is it just the back? Can I just get this truck and change out the back to a truetrac or would that just basically up me to 3wd and I would also have to do something with the front to get the "official" 4wd? I know it's no locker-like but you know what I mean. I haven't a clue whats going on with the IFS setup or the deal there.

Front LSD probably isn't done much (my Mazda has it). Jeep had something years ago - Command Trac, Quadra-Trac, something like that. It seemed to be LSD at both ends. I don't think anyone makes LSD for the 8" front pumpkin. Heck, most 4x4s don't have LSD at all.

Nope, front is open. My 2500 has the lsd option and only 3 wheels spin. For turning the front wheels need to spin at different speeds or else you'll only have traction with 1 front tire instead of both. Basically it wouldn't turn at all and you'd spend a lot of time in the ditch lol
