A week ago was on the way to dealer to get air bag replaced and it started slipping in drive, added fluid and it only slips going into drive every once in a while, added some trans x and it seemed to be OK,this morning went to pass a car and got a nasty slip in second,2 miles later ,came to a red light and check engine came on gave it gas and engine didn't Rev or or move for 8 to 10 seconds ,then was stuck in second, guy at ammco said may be sensor issue .cleared codes and seems to be doing OK .any thoughts?

Guy at aamco should have used a scanner to check the cvi numbers real quick and would have known for sure sensor or clutches. Hope it's a sensor issue but not very common
