Questions...advice

I'm installing a 300W Jensen 2-channel amp, and a 10" Kicker Comp in a '08 1500 Mega Cab. I've done this a billion times in other vehicles, but never one that was this loaded and had a sticker price of $45K...lol. The truck has the Infinity &-speaker system with the Sirius satellite junk (that I never seem to listen to).My questions are:

1. How do I remove the head unit?
2. Does the head unit have pre-amp outlets?
2a. If so, can I use a one into two splitter to power the my amp and the factory amp?
2b. If not, which wires to I need to tap to wire in the amp?
3. Is there a post with the wiring diagram for this system somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

almost forgot. How do you remove the head unit in these trucks? They seem to make it harder every year.

Here's where the two screws are on an 07 I believe it's the same on an 08. If you don't have buckets.
I don't think there are 'RCA' Type preouts. You will have to tap into the speaker wires at the head unit. Not sure of the colors.

so the whole center piece just pops out, like on most other vehicles. I'm not sure what the screws you are pointing at are for. It looks like the 4 screws surrounding the head unit would let you remove it.

You get to the screws by pulling the cup holder down and the screws are up in there. After you remove them, then the piece pulls out. Being careful not to damage the surrounding piece.
