There certainly is a audio cable that will work with the Acc plug on you stock radio. If your radio is like mine, it will require a 2.5 male plug with a 3.5 female plug adapter(That is to say if your Ipod is 3.5 female audio output) shown here Adapter. Then you will need a 3.5 male to 3.5 male audio cable shown here audio cable 1 and audio cable 2. All of these items I would bet you could find in an auto parts store or electronic store close by you.

Hi jim thanks for your help, does the adapter plug in the front or the back of the stereo?

If it is the same stereo as I have in my 08, it should be the front. The is a audio plug )or there might be) lower left marked "acc". If I get a chance I'll upload a photo in a day or two.

I took a long look into Ram radios this morning and found no port on the 04 as I have on my 08. Brad is right! Take a look at his link and be sure to read the "Description & Features".

my opinion, you're better off finding an aftermarket headunit with an aux input than going through an fm transmitter.
