Install help

I have the sub and amp below that I would like to install to my factory system. 6 disk Infinity. I took these out of my other truck sometime ago and figured might as well use them. Can someone give me a walk thru to do a clean install? I've never done speaker work.

What year is your truck? What do you need help on? What wires to attach to, or placement and stuff?

2004. I've never done speaker install so what goes where and placement. Seeing if it something I can do myself.

I would start with a local stereo shop or a best buy or something and ask their advise. Then you will know if it's something you can do. Don't let them talk you into letting them do it if you think you can.

the amp looks like a Memphis PRD500.1 no speaker level inputs so you need an adapter to connect to the speaker wires on your factory radio you ca start by that

I have a good stereo shop that I trust that I can use. Just like the feeling when I do something myself. I'll look into an adapter.

That's good, I was just saying to ask their help, but do it yourself. If they give you help and can show you stuff, it may help better than someone on the computer. If you do decide to do it yourself, I will help anyway I can. Just figure out what you want to do and ask specific questions to get good help. If all you want to do is add the amp and sub, (what I did) then a good place to start is hooking up the amp power and figuring out which stereo wires you need to tap into. Also placement of the amp and sub box.
