Help with Wiring Amp to Subs

Momma let me Purchase a pair of Alpine SWR-1042D sub for my birthday. And i Already have a Hifonics BX2200 class D mono block amp. Just wondering the best way to wire the subs.

Also if any one would like to spend the time and explain how to tune a box. I built my own box a while ago from fiberglass & wood. if i did my measureing correctly i have 1.6 cubic feet in the box.

If any one needs any more information to help me or want pictures of the box. just ask It feels good to sink some money into the truck once again

I like Monster Cable. There's lots to choose from, and a good cable selection utility to help make your decision easier.

the subs are dual 4 ohms and the amp is stable at 1 ohm you wire all the coils in one channel.
if the box is sealed there isn't much you can tune but you can play around with the amp setting until you are satisfied with the sound

Help with Wiring Amp to Subs

just go easy on the gain control, that amp puts out twice the power your subs can handle
