Only way I cna imagine this being accomplished is to use a 3.5mm pin out of the speaker output of the PC to any type of input that the cassette deck has. If the cassette deck is on a stereo that has mp3 input, a 3.5mm pin it might work. But, it is very weird to go from digital to analog, kind of backwards.

AAWE CRUD! Never even thought about THAT!
Thanks Jason...
Guess I'll go with plan B...
Burn a CD then use the recorder on my CD player to record the CD....
That should work ...right????

If you get a 1/8th stereo wire to rca's, that 1/8th should plug into your computers 'speaker out' and the rca's should plug into a tape deck like a stack stereo kind.
What kind of input does your tape deck have?
