custom center console?

Has anyone put a sub box in place of their center console or have pics and feedback on that downfiring single sub box you see everywhere. My recent install is not loud enough for me. Was thinking of adding another 12" L7 where my center console is but I am lost for ideas. Can anyone help me? Anyone manufacture such a thing?

Your amp is too short for the 12 L 7 you can run 1000 for each in that enclosure, adding another sub won't make it much loader

need to get the efficency up, larger box, ported will increase output for sure! Ive been working on some major pounders, and if you can drive 2 woofers, with a ported enclosure with the same power and get 10 times more spl, its all about efficency and tuning! Have won with 2 12's against 3 of the same in tuning and having ported vs sealed, sealed requres more power, and will handle more power than a ported, but the db increase of ported is the only way to go!

custom center console?

I just made a full center console for my 08 to fit a rear firing 12" CVR. I also incorporated a center console bezel from the sport buckets.

Pics!

sounds AMAZING! I had it in a box under the rear seat, this thing definitely suits it better!

thanks for the comments!

I really looked at a hotbox, but man - I did this for about the same price as one of those - and I have much more functionality.
