Adding USB/Aux to OE Radio

I had a Blaupunkt mechless USB radio in my old truck and loved it.I could put tons of music on a USB drive and just plug it in.My 05 Ram has the RBK CD radio in it. I hate the look of all the aftermarket radios....I think they look cheap compared to the factory radio.I found this device by Grom Audio which adds USB to my radio. Chrysler Dodge Jeep USB Android iPod Bluetooth adapter Has anyone here used this device or something similar?

Not on the Ram, but I installed one of those in my wifes Honda Odyssey and it worked pretty well. The one I used did not have bluetooth, but the usb, sd card worked just fine.
